I found the hotel's location marvellous and amazing, right by the center, the sea and a very quiet alley and lots of fun kids. Café Start up Coffee was 200 metres away from the place.

Their staff were not very good.

The place was fully equipped, with its attentive staff especially the receptionist. I had a comfy bed and large bathroom, modern room. Everything seemed really good, clean.

All in all they offer good service. The units are perfectly clean with the best bedding. The hotel offers a lot of food that was delicious.

The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was fully furnished with the best bedding. The location of the property was quiet as we were very close to good and cheap restaurants, shopping places and supermarkets and the centre.

Location: the hotel was so close to the centre of Cat Ba, and lots of fun kids. Tried some takeout specials at Coffee Quan Co, luckily it was not very far from the venue.

Ideal and great venue, stunning location very close to north vietnam, shopping places and supermarkets and a quiet alleyway. Brand-new and reasonably large units and excellent staff especially the receptionist. Very tasty, exceptionally nice breakfasts with shrimp and delicious coffee, for instance...

Beds were a little hard.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room with mountain view. Bright lights and functioning air conditioning. Free delicious breakfast and daily drinks. Convenient location, quiet at night. Fast wifi and strong hot water in bathroom.

We were able to explore the downtown area easily from this place, and there were several entertainment options nearby. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Guests can also enjoy facilities such as motorbike rental and laundry services. the hotel offers a good breakfast.

The noise from other guests can sometimes be a disturbance to the overall experience.

our recent stay in cat ba island was incredible, but the experience at thanh trung hotel surpassed our expectations. friendly staff, comfortable room, great tour of lan ha bay, and cheap motorbike rental made our trip unforgettable. highly recommended!

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom facilities were fully equipped. the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to the center and within a 10-minute walk to the sea. There were also plenty of good and cheap restaurants nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals at affordable prices.

There were a few aspects that I didn't quite appreciate. the lights in the room were too bright, which made it a bit difficult for me to sleep comfortably at night.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was great, just a short walk from the seafront, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
